1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MockupMint ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MockupMint provides AI-powered product mockup generation tools. Users can upload artwork or POD mockups and transform them into lifestyle photography using artificial intelligence.

3. Credit System & Payments

Purchases: The service operates on a credit-based system. One successful generation consumes one credit.
Refunds & Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No full or partial refunds will be issued upon cancellation. However, all granted credits will remain available for use until their respective expiration dates.
Credit Expiration:
- Monthly Plan Credits: Credits granted through a monthly subscription plan expire 45 days after the date of issuance.
- One-Time Purchase Credits: Credits purchased as a one-time pack expire 1 year (365 days) after the date of purchase.
Usage Order: To ensure you get the most value, our system automatically consumes credits with the earliest expiration date first.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: MockupMint utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to generate images. AI is an experimental technology and may occasionally produce results that are inaccurate, anatomically incorrect (e.g., distorted limbs), or contain visual artifacts.

We provide the service on an "AS-IS" basis. MockupMint is not responsible for the specific output provided by the AI, and credits are consumed regardless of the artistic quality of the resulting image. We are not liable for any business decisions or losses resulting from "wrong" or "unusable" images generated by the tool.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded artwork does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks. You must not use the service to generate illegal, hateful, or explicit content.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MockupMint be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
